Orders placed before 3pm (CST) will be shipped the same day Monday through Friday (unless we are closed for a holiday or Company event; order will be processed the following business day). TanForLess.com does not process or ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed after 3pm (CST) on Friday along with orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped on the following Monday. Exceptions to this are tanning equipment and any special ordered or out of stock items.
All Free Shipping offers are for UPS Ground only and shipping
address must be within the United States.
Free UPS Ground shipping to the 48 Contiguous States on orders totaling $175.00
or more. This excludes tanning beds, tanning bulbs, special orders, airbrush
products and equipment, facial tanners, and items ordered in case quantity.
Most items are in stock and orders placed by 3:00 PM (CST) Monday - Friday will be shipped
same day. Tanning beds and bulbs are shipped out of the manufacturer's
warehouse (shipping costs may be charged separately). Once an order has shipped, you should receive an email directly from UPS {specifically, QuantumView}. Should this email be inadvertently deleted, please contact us and we'll be happy to provide you with tracking information.
All orders are subject to
credit card approval.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit
cards, Paypal, Check and Money Orders.
All orders totaling over
$100.00 must be shipped to your credit card billing
address.

Check and Money Order payments must be received
within 7 days after placing your order.
We ship all domestic (48 states) orders via UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air and Next
Day Air Saver with the exception of tanning bulbs and beds, special order
items, packages containing aerosol cans and/or bed cleaner, and airbrush
equipment.
Priority Mail is offered for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii,
American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands,
Palau, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, APO and FPO ONLY!!
Shipping charges are calculated by weight of your products and will
automatically be added to your order. A shipping calculator is available on our
website for your convenience.
UPS will NOT ship to a P.O. Box address, so you must have a street
address in the "ship to" area of your order. We do not offer UPS Saturday
delivery.
We reserve the right to change the shipping method and appropriate
shipping charges for orders with incorrect shipping information. If any fees are incurred due to an incorrect shipping address that is provided by the customer, the fee will be passed onto the customer issued toward the credit card provided for the purchase.
UPS packages are delivered to residential
addresses Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.. UPS Ground, 2nd
Day, Next Day Saver packages cannot be scheduled to arrive at a specific time of
day. UPS Next Day Saver is delivered the next business day but UPS has until
7:00pm to deliver. UPS will make three attempts only to deliver your package
then it will be sent back to us. Please note that the UPS Service Guarantee
applies only to business days, and excludes weekends and
holidays.
Shipping carriers and TanForLess.com will not
guarantee "on-time" delivery during extreme weather related conditions or any incorrect address information given by the customer.
All packages shipped via UPS have $100.00
insurance included and can be tracked with the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
If an incorrect item(s) is received, please
contact our customer service department. A call tag will be electronically
issued or mailed to the customer through UPS to return the package to TanForLess.
If the incorrect item is not received within 7 business days of the issuance of
the call tag, you the customer will be charged for the item(s).
INTERNATIONAL
International orders (which include Canada and Mexico) are shipped via UPS. We are passing along an International
UPS discount to make UPS shipping affordable for our customers.
The UPS Customhouse Brokerage
eliminates third-party brokerage, which means customs clearance will be quick,
smooth and very reliable. UPS Canada Standard does not include the brokerage charges. UPS is electronically linked with customs in the
United States, Canada, and major countries throughout Europe, Asia, and the
Americas. Your order is cleared through customs while it is in transit and the
tracking system through UPS is more reliable and updated daily. You are able to
see where your order is every step of the way.
Nothing is added to the cost
of freight by TanForLess. The amount is for freight only. Any duty (custom or
import) and/or taxes are figured when the package arrives to its
destination and is subject to that country's import regulations. TanForLess has
no control over these charges and is unable to predict what they may be. Customs
policies vary widely from country to country so you may wish to contact your
local customs office and/or the UPS facility in your area to inquire about any
further costs due or custom regulations specific to the destination country
before you place an order or your package arrives. Any additional charges for custom clearance will be
the sole responsibility of the customer. UPS will contact you when the package
has cleared customs and of any duties or taxes which will be due upon delivery.
